Space-time signal processing concerns the study of signal propagation in different domains, depending on geometric and surrounding constraints.
As examples, in the acoustic research field, we recall the reconstruction problem of closed rooms from acoustic data and, conversely, the study of the sound propagation subject to known constraints.
Another classical research subject is the localization of radiant sources. It is a problem common to many research areas and it is the bases for the developments of technologies like GPS, radar and sonar devices.
We work on the mathematical aspects of space-time signal processing. In particular, we are interested in the characterization of the deterministic and statistical properties of the models used in the field.
